These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ynotschimi.co.za (the “Site”) and any orders you place with Ynot's Chimi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Site or place an order.

Ynot's Chimi is a South African food business producing handcrafted chimichurri sauce. You can reach us by email at ynotschimi@gmail.com or on +27 82 052 8331.

Every jar is made from fresh, natural ingredients. We do our best to keep product photography and descriptions accurate, but slight variation in colour, texture and label appearance between batches is normal.

Sealed jars keep for at least eight weeks when stored properly in the fridge. The best-before date is printed on each label.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment is processed at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery is free on orders over R500, and a flat R99 below that. Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees — we'll do our best to keep you posted if anything affects your order.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and let us know within 48 hours if anything has gone wrong in transit.

As a fresh food product, jars cannot be returned once opened or once the seal is broken, except where the goods are defective.

If your jar arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

The Ynot's Chimi name, logo, label artwork, photography and website content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy or repurpose any of it for commercial use without our written permission.

We take care to make sure the Site and our products are safe, accurate and reliable, but we don't make any guarantees beyond what's required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or any other applicable law.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you agree to that policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from them falls under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
